This position is based on a Dutch employment contract. The role is located at our Sevenum office and warehouse, near Venlo, and requires working at least three days per week from this office.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management. Must have proven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment in a supply chain environment, with demonstrated success managing multi-warehouse or multi-country planning operations. Experience in an e-commerce environment is also required.

This role involves driving inventory performance, managing supplier relationships, and leading a team of direct and indirect reports to foster capability building and high performance.
The Director will act as a key connector across the organization, partnering with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of demand, supply, and operational priorities.

The role requires partnering closely with Commercial Operations, Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Logistics, and Pharma Operations to ensure seamless coordination. Engagement with senior leadership across Operations & Supply Chain is also crucial for aligning planning strategies, performance targets, and business priorities.

This position is based on a Dutch employment contract. The stated salary range reflects Dutch compensation structures and forms part of an attractive overall package that includes additional benefits. As tax and social security systems differ between countries, salary levels are only partly comparable. You ensure that our products are always available at the right time and in the right place. You and your team take ownership of forecasting, planning, inventory management, and supplier relationships, continuously balancing optimal stock levels, minimal out-of-stock risks, and healthy stock rotation. With your strategic mindset and data-driven approach, you actively identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. In addition, you lead an organization of 5 direct reports and approximately 35 in-direct colleagues, enabling scalable, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple countries.
