What You'll Do.
managing and monitoring suppliers and service providers
in alignment with KDB Procurement category management steering.
Purchase order management and delivery monitoring – escalation and recovery actions with external and internal suppliers when needed.
Development and monitoring of efficient processes from purchase requisitions to purchase ordering and goods receival in the field.
Coaching and training field staff to drive necessary changes in processes.
Ensuring that defined logistics processes are followed and developed to ensure fast and transparent supply of goods for service technicians.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement
resolving issues when they arise.
