The Worldwide Grocery Store (WWGS) DC Operations and Supply Chain Integration team seeks an Instock Manager reporting to the Senior Team Leader of Supply Chain Performance Management (SCPM). This position requires expertise in querying data from business systems, transforming imperfect data into structured formats, and leveraging analytics for business insights and reporting. The role drives critical supply chain initiatives including distributor performance management, inventory optimization, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with internal Whole Foods Market (WFM) teams and 3rd party suppliers. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and attention to detail while quickly mastering new systems and tools. Success requires developing efficient workflows using data transformation platforms (Alteryx, SQL, AWS S3) and creating compelling visualizations through Excel, Power Query, and AWS QuickSight. Strong communication skills are essential for translating complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to shape supply chain performance through data-driven decision-making and strategic partnership building across the organization.
