What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering or a related field, 2+ years relevant work experience in driving programs or projects related to Supply Chain, Highly proficient in written and oral able to produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentations to leaders, analytical skills with ability to debug complex system outputs, Working knowledge of Supply chain planning concepts (Demand, Supply, Capacity, Inventory), Advanced Excel (formulas, pivots, VBA/Power Query is a plus)
Nice to Have
SQL / Python / BI tools (nice to have), Experience working with ERP / APS / Planning systems (HDD experience preferred)
What You'll Do.
inventory system outputs
Identify data inconsistencies and logic breaks
Perform root-cause analysis on output issues
Debug issues by tracing input → logic → output
Validate system inputs such as BOMs
Support correction of master data and planning parameters
Monitor output accuracy vs actuals
Drive continuous improvement to reduce manual overrides
Build and maintain standard reports
Highlight key risk areas
Present findings concisely with recommendations
Document recurring issues
or new logic rollouts
Contribute to automation and simplification of workflows
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, IT, and Business teams; Translate system issues into clear problem statements; Support planners with fact-based analysis
Communication Scope
Highly proficient in written and oral; produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentations to leaders
Process & Methodology
Driving programs or projects related to Supply Chain
