What You'll Get To Do The Supply Chain Analyst is a vital position in the CRL Planning organization. It is a high visibility position that coordinates on regular basis with other functions to achieve customer success. The position designs, develops and analyzes supply chain data, market trends, and processes to achieve optimal planning, scheduling, forecasting, and system improvements. The Analyst identifies strategic opportunities, such as inventory reduction or supply chain inefficiencies, and determines the required time and resources required to take advantage of these opportunities. Job Responsibilities Responsible for creating inventory plans for $200M regional sales with 40,000 different SKUs in a hub and spoke model ensuring 98.5% parts availability while achieving targeted inventory turns. Creating dashboards, developing KPIs to monitor performance related to forecast accuracy, inventory availability, suppliers OTD, and logistics. Execute supply chain plans to improve overall performance including inventory turns, inventory utilization, and transactional costs. Develop statistical models to create forecast at SKUs and point of sales level with variable demand patterns. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Program Management related to new product launches, product sales performance, and to obtain market intelligence to develop demand forecast.
