SUMMARY: Leads complex reporting and analysis for assigned business teams to provide performance summaries across channels. Identify and deliver regular, actionable business and customer insights to business teams, NOA Leadership, and other stakeholders. Drive efficiencies through developing automated reporting/dashboards, maintaining related systems, developing new processes, implementing testing, and forecasting.
