Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability/ Sustainable Management, Supply Chain Management or similar fields, Experience working in and developing Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability programs for an organization with a global supply chain, planning, project management and coordination skills and ability to manage multiple projects, Strategic and analytical skills with capability to develop process improvements, attention to detail, and follow up, communication skills with ability to respectfully handle sensitive and confidential information
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain sourcing stage-gates and supplier risk management process
Keep abreast of global trade and regulatory requirements
Support development of supplier trade requirements policies
Develop communication materials for tariff initiatives
Support mitigation plans to minimize tariff exposure
Educate suppliers on tariff documentation requirements
Coordinate meetings with stakeholders
Review and prioritize 232 Declarations non-compliance
Drive root cause analysis for 232 non-compliance
Monitor and report assessment findings and remediation progress

Coordinate periodic meetings with stakeholders; Communication bridge between Trade Compliance and supply chain
