What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, 4 + years of experience in supplier management, account management, partnerships, market research, or a related role ideally in pharmaceutical industry, communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills, Ability to identify complex issues and develop effective solutions, Fluency in Russian, good knowledge of English, good knowledge of Kazakh language
Nice to Have
good knowledge of English and Kazakh language highly desired, Established relationships with pharmacy chains and/or distributors in CIS markets
What You'll Do.
Manage day‑to‑day relationships with pharmaceutical data suppliers
act as their primary point of contact
Understand supplier needs and propose appropriate
Ensure data submissions meet contractual quality and timeline standards
support continuous improvement
prepare custom reports
respond to reporting requests
Recruit new data suppliers
build or maintain supplier panels
Maintain accurate supplier records
Manage supplier compensation
resolving payment issues
ensuring timely processing

Visit suppliers when required
