What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience with suppliers or supplier management, 8+ years of experience within the supply chain or procurement field, 5+ years managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS), Able and willing to travel up to 15% domestically
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams, 2+ years within fabrication/manufacturing, quality, and/or industrial engineering, Experience in a role with interpersonal and communication skills

Provide peer review of supplier readiness plans
Reduce supplier performance risk
Provide strategies to align with program needs
