In this role, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure supplier quality compliance, supply chain continuity, and alignment with global regulatory and quality standards while supporting operational excellence across the Lonza network. **What you will get** • An agile career and dynamic working culture. • An inclusive and ethical workplace. • Compensation programs that recognize high performance. • Opportunities to collaborate with global cross-functional teams. • Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities. • Our full list of global benefits can be found here: [Lonza Benefits](https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits?utm_source=chatgpt.com). **What you will do** • Manage end-to-end supplier quality processes including Vendor Change Notifications, Supplier Quality Agreements, supplier complaints, and Vendor Supply Chain Integrity activities to ensure timely and compliant execution. • Review, assess, and process supplier quality records and supply chain documentation to support material, service, and equipment qualification across the Lonza network. • Apply analytical and technical judgment to evaluate supplier requests, identify quality and operational risks, and determine appropriate actions to maintain compliance and supply continuity. • Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments with stakeholders including MSAT, QC, Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement to ensure risks and required actions are effectively managed. • Maintain compliant supplier documentation, data integrity, and traceability within SAP, TrackWise, Document Management Systems and other enterprise quality systems. • Monitor supplier quality KPIs, support inspections and aud
