3+ years in Supplier Quality Management, Expert ability to interpret complex technical drawings, specifications, and schematics, Deep understanding of ISO 9001, Mastery of core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FMEA, Intermediate+ English (fluent professional correspondence and negotiation), analytical mindset, system-first approach to problem-solving, ability to influence partners in a high-pressure environment, Readiness for business travel (up to 20-30% of the time, including international trips)

Establish and maintain the department’s quality standards

Lead the end-to-end supplier qualification process (AVL)

conducting rigorous on-site and remote technical audits to evaluate manufacturing capabilities and risk profiles.

Drive supplier excellence through systematic Scorecard evaluations and the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Report) process

ensuring root-cause elimination via 8D or similar methodologies.

Collaborate with partners to optimize packaging

specifically aiming to eliminate transit-related defects and reduce logistics waste.

Design and execute the development strategy for the IQC (Incoming Quality Control) and SQ divisions
