For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work. **Job Title** : Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) **Reporting To:** Quality Manager Italy **Work Schedule:** Hybrid – Genova, IT Moog leader mondiale nella fornitura di soluzioni ad alte prestazioni per il motion control, ricerca, per la propria sede di Casella (GE), specializzata nella produzione di motori elettrici ed azionamenti elettronici: **Job Title:** Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) **Riporto a:** Italy Quality Manager **Descrizione del ruolo:** Condurre la strategia di qualità fornitori per componenti critici (elettronici, elettromeccanici e meccanici) destinati a servosistemi (drive e motori brushless), garantendo performance elevate, riduzione del rischio supply chain e supporto all’industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti. **Principali responsabilità:** * Definire e implementare la **strategia di Supplier Quality** in collaborazione con il gruppo * Essere il riferimento per fornitori critici (key suppliers), inclusi quelli internazionali * Guidare qualifiche fornitori avanzate (audit di processo, capacità produttiva, risk assessment) * Gestire escalation qualità complesse e clienti interni, con responsabilità end-to-end su: * non conformità critiche * azioni correttive strutturate (8D, root cause analysis avanzata) * Guidare APQP e PPAP per nuovi componenti e nuovi fornitori * Valutare e sviluppare le performance fornitori tramite KPI e piani di miglioramento * Condurre audit di sistema e processo (anche come lead auditor) * Supportare R&D nella definizione di specifiche tecniche e Dfx (Design for Quality / Manufacturability) * Gestire cambiamenti tecnici (ECN Enginnering Change Notificaion) minimizzando il rischio su produzione e
