electro / mechanical background knowledge of plastic injection molding & tooling, metal stampings & tooling, metal fabrication, machining, various electrical components, connectors, PCB & PCBA, cable assembly, full assembly integration, Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, Good skills in MS excel, word, power point, visio, project, Understanding of the quality system, medical and commercial regulatory requirements, Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), e-mail skills

Determine inspection processes
Direct IQC/SQE personnel
Lead containment of supplier quality issues
Resolve supplier quality issues
Communicate status on non-conforming parts
Evaluate supplier performance
Drive supplier improvements
Implement corrective actions
Define inspection plans
Develop inspection methods
Direct Receiving Inspection Auditors
Develop inspection processes
Perform site supplier evaluation
Review supplier discrepancies
Track corrective/preventative action
Communicate product cost impacts
Assist in implementing Process Improvement
Analyze Gauge R&R studies
Adhere to safety rules
Comply with security policy
