This role is not administrative. You are expected to challenge suppliers, enforce standards, and drive measurable improvements. You will ensure suppliers consistently meet Rolls-Royce Power Systems (_mtu_) quality expectations through qualification, process validation, and ongoing performance management. This includes being directly accountable for supplier audits, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. **What you will be doing:** **Supplier Quality Management** • Develop and maintain supplier quality plans aligned with Rolls-Royce standards and regulatory requirements • Define and enforce quality expectations across assigned suppliers **Supplier Qualification and Audits** • Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and capability evaluations • Qualify new suppliers and re-qualify existing suppliers based on performance and risk • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and internal quality standards **Issue Resolution and Root Cause Analysis** • Lead investigations into supplier-related quality issues • Drive root cause analysis using structured methodologies (e.g. 8D, RCA tool
