If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add_ a **_Supplier Quality Engineer_** will be based in **_Juarez North site_** this position, you will maintain quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization _._ **What a typical day looks like:** * Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation. * change documentation when needed to update job instructions and documentation when needed * Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility. * Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability. * Consolidates and reports quality results. * Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion. * Assists with development and implementation of quality audits. * Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective actions * Study and recommend techniques to improve existing products and processes. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. * Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment. * Working knowledge of manufacturing batch records. * Demonstrate advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship ski
