Y**our role at Baxter:** The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) supports effective management and continuous improvement of supplier quality performance to ensure that materials, components, and services meet Baxter’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role partners with internal teams and suppliers to address quality issues, support compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001), and contribute to supplier development activities. The position requires a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and problem-solving methodologies, with a focus on execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement. ## **What you 'll be doing:** * Support the investigation and resolution of supplier-related quality issues, including audit findings and supplier corrective actions (SCARs), ensuring timely follow-up and closure. * Review and provide input on supplier change requests (e.g., process or location changes), ensuring appropriate documentation and risk considerations. * Assist in implementing supplier risk management activities and monitoring supplier performance. * Participate in supplier audits (internal and external), including preparation, execution suppor
