In this global role, you will collaborate multi-functionally with Operations, Process R&D, Material Engineering, Sales, and other business units to ensure supplier Quality Management Systems (QMS) meet Micron’s strategic objectives. You will play a key role in identifying critical quality processes, assessing system performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. **Position Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for performing, planning, and implementing supplier audits while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. You will also track audit findings, drive corrective actions, and support internal quality initiatives while working across global teams. Travel 30%–40% as required to supplier locations. **Responsibilities:** * Perform, plan, and implement supplier audits across global suppliers to ensure compliance with Micron’s quality and regulatory requirements. * Follow up on corrective actions from audits to ensure timely and effective closure. * Track, analyze, and summarize audit indicators, and recommend action plans to strengthen supplier QMS performance. * Develop, evaluate, revise, and apply technical quality assurance protocols to inspect and test in‑process materials, raw materials, equipment, and finished goods. * Analyze inspection trends and recommend corrective actions based on observed quality issues. * Ensure consistency to manufacturing inspection procedures, sampling methods, and statistical process control
