Must Have
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and one year of experience, Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, Applying Lean Six Sigma or World Class Manufacturing System (WCM), Applying 8D Problem Solving Methodology, Owning overall product quality, Performing root cause analysis, Owning process or design qualification, Performing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Business-level Key Performance Indicator (KPI) delivery, Management of cross-functional continuous improvement, Using statistical process control tools
