What You'll Do.
Perform supplier capability assessment
Develop Technical Assessment for commodities
Participate in technical audits
Monitor supplier performance
Evaluate supplier performance
Support new supplier development
Manage technical issue resolution
Identify and establish priorities for deliveries
Analyze data for supplier corrective actions
Engage with supplier for recovery plan
Participate in on-site supplier assessments
Compile and analyze supplier performance data
Review risk indicators
Develop mitigation plan
Research adverse indicators
Elevate issues for resolution
Identify training needs
Consolidate data and prepare reports
Present improvement recommendations
Create collaborative partnership with suppliers
issue and opportunity plans
Develop supplier recovery plans
Develop line of balance
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating with Procurement Agent and other cross functional stake holders; Communicates across functions (including procurement team, suppliers, program stakeholders, supplier quality, engineering, BR&T(BTI), manufacturing, site quality, IEs etc) to report status and concerns.
