SC Security Clearance, Active and existing security clearance required after day 1, U. S. Citizen, U. S. citizenship is required, 1.5 year international assignment located in Bern, Switzerland with additional compensation emoluments

Must Have

University Degree and a minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, Experience successfully leading and managing with limited oversight, cross-functional teams at Supplier Site (International preferred, Domestic considered) and leading collaborative teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and break down barriers, Experience utilizing Master phasing schedules and Integrated Master Schedules and experience with Export/Import requirements and licensing, U. What You'll Do.

Quality and Delivery of all Line Items within the Purchase Order

Provides program/IPTs clear line of sight to the ongoing performance of the Subcontractor in coordination with the SIPT

Primary contact to the Subcontractor’s Program Manager and Leadership

Subcontractor management process including performance

and ensure customer flow through requirements are adequately performed

risk and opportunity management for Subcontract Partners

supplier SOW coordination and reviews to assure program objectives are met and subcontract performance requirements and exit criteria are clearly defined

monitoring and communicating Material Forecasts (AOP) and funding needs to Program for the Subcontract effort

change control process and communicates changes impacting the subcontractor with the SCM negotiating and formally documenting the changes

on site sourcing activities to develop suppliers to be “Raytheon Ready” in support of both Direct and Indirect projects meeting Localization obligations

perform a Supplier Gap Analysis and lead the successful closure of all items identified
