Must Have
2+ years Accounts Payable experience, 1+ years finance experience, Knowledge of Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills, Experience using data to influence business decisions, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field, Knowledge of finance, accounting or related field focused on analytics
Nice to Have
Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis, Experience with Workday Financials
What You'll Do.
Manage settlement schedules in Workday
Issue offcycle payments
Research payment issues
Review payment issues
Correct payment issues
Automate processes using AI applications
Analyze AP related data
Release wire payments using bank platforms
Perform AP related functions
Perform fiscal period closing duties
Reconcile GL accounts
Assist with 1099 filing process
Prepare standard operating documentation
Maintain standard operating documentation
Conduct software testing for payments
Drive special projects
Collect data from multiple sources
Troubleshoot complex payment issues
Perform other related duties
