This person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintaining PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay Operations. Review, validate, and approve **Purchase Requisitions (PRs)** in line with procurement policies, delegation of authority (DOA), and budget availability. Review and approve **Purchase Orders (POs)** for accuracy, completeness, pricing, tax, and contractual compliance. Process and approve **PO amendments** (price changes, quantity updates, extensions, cancellations) with appropriate justification and audit trail Supplier / Vendor master creation & maintenance experience is mandate as well ● Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures ● Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.e. vendor creation is timely, invoices match to PO’s correctly, invoices route to the appropriate coders, etc.) ● Review PCard statement submissions for compliance ● Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including in
