Must Have

3+ years of experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or B2B partner marketing, ideally from an e-commerce or marketplace environment., Commercial acumen with proven experience in negotiating campaigns, budgets, and exclusive offers with suppliers/brands., Expertise in creating and managing promotional calendars and commercial moments., Commercial instinct - ability to proactively identify and activate products with high sell-out potential., Data-driven approach to analyzing sell-out results and campaign effectiveness., Fluent in Polish and English.

Nice to Have

Professional experience or genuine interest in the beauty/cosmetics category., Hands-on experience with visual merchandising tools and managing purchasing paths (HP → LP → PDP)., Excellent relationship-building skills and the perseverance to drive execution forward, navigating complex partnerships and successfully engaging Suppliers even when they require high levels of enablement or follow-up., Proactive mindset and ability to prioritize and act independently in a fast-paced environment.

Jumpstarting and scaling the activation of our Supplier base.

Hustling and pushing Suppliers to provide compelling content

Managing the marketing calendar with Suppliers.

Proactively suggesting trade activations to drive successful sell-out.

Building coherent purchasing paths to ensure continuity of marketing communication week-to-week.

Right now, your mission is to hustle and push Suppliers to provide the compelling content, exclusive offers, and promotions we need to make the Booksy Store an attractive destination. However, your ultimate goal is to shift this dynamic completely - proving our platform's immense sales value so that Suppliers are constantly knocking on our door, pushing us to feature their products. We are looking for someone with a relentless commercial instinct who wakes up every morning asking, "What else can I sell today?" To achieve this, you will manage the marketing calendar with Suppliers, proactively suggest trade activations to drive successful sell-out, and build coherent purchasing paths to ensure continuity of marketing communication week-to-week. ### Your responsibilities will include: * **Trade Marketing:** * Promotional Strategy: Creating, planning, and executing the B2B promotional calendar in annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly views. * Managing Campaigns with Suppliers: Negotiating with Suppliers the terms of promotional campaigns, marketing budgets, exclusive offers, etc. * Supplier Activation: Ongoing contact with suppliers (weekly engagement), building and maintaining relationships to sustain their
