What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, supplier fulfillment, manufacturing program support, project management, hardware delivery, materials planning, or related work., Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and structured tracker management skills., Experience coordinating across suppliers and cross-functional internal teams., Ability to lead supplier/status meetings and drive actions to closure., written communication and concise status reporting capability., Ability to identify delivery risks and escalate issues with clear facts, impacts, and required decisions., Ability to work onsite in the Cincinnati / Evendale area Tuesday through Thursday., US. Citizen or U. S. Green Card holder.
Nice to Have
Aerospace, NPI, manufacturing programs, product operations, materials, sourcing, or supplier management experience., Experience supporting hardware delivery, line-of-balance tracking, recovery planning, or purchase order / supplier commit management., Familiarity with FLIGHTDECK, daily management, bowler reviews, visual management, SQDC, or Lean operating systems., Experience with Smartsheet, ERP exports, MLOB / LOB tools, BOX, SharePoint, or advanced Excel-based tracking systems., Ability to mentor junior execution resources and stabilize operating cadence.
What You'll Do.
Own assigned supplier fulfillment rhythms for hardware on purchase order.
Lead or support weekly/monthly supplier status meetings.
Document commitments.
Maintain accurate hardware delivery status.
Coordinate new part kickoff calls with suppliers.
Align hardware status
design-change impacts
and recovery actions.
Support MLOB / Line of Balance data integrity.
Identify delivery risks
Develop and maintain recovery action plans for high-risk hardware.
Support daily management
and FLIGHTDECK cadence participation.
Prepare weekly hardware risk summaries.
Help establish standard work
and communication norms.
Provide peer guidance to 1D-level resources.
