Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, Minimum 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related function, Experience working with electronic/Electrical components, Proven ability to own issues end-to-end and drive closure, Bilingual – English & Spanish
Nice to Have
Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business, Experience sourcing or managing electronic commodities (PCB, semiconductors, passives, connectors), Experience working with EMS providers, Experience in global supply chain environments, Prior experience in supplier escalation management or crisis resolution, Knowledge of HVACR industry, Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems, Technical ability to read drawings/blueprints, Familiarity with DDSC / Perfect Execution methodologies
What You'll Do.
Drive end-to-end execution of supply continuity
Resolve complex supply chain issues
Stabilize and improve electronics supply base
Serve as primary owner of supplier escalations
Ensure continuity of supply
Prevent line-down situations
Improve supplier performance
Act as first point of contact for critical
Lead cross-functional war room efforts to resolve shortages
Coordinate with Supplier Quality
Drive problem-solving to completion
Develop and execute supplier recovery plans
Prevent and mitigate line-down risks
Monitor supplier OTD performance
Proactively manage expediting of critical materials
Partner with suppliers to develop recovery plans
Communicate risks clearly to plant materials teams
Take decisive actions to prevent line-down situations
Manage execution for key electronic commodities
Support allocation management
Support EOL situations
Support constrained market conditions
NPD Procurement and Engineering teams
Ensure smooth implementation from supply chain perspective
Establish and reinforce standard execution processes
Drive consistency across sites
Monitor and improve key KPIs
Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive
Improve PPM and overall supplier performance
Support implementation of VMI
Drive process improvements to address root causes
Enhance forecast communication with suppliers
Optimize MRP order triggers

The position requires a high sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex supply chain issues through to full closure.
