What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent manufacturing-related experience, Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or supplier quality environment, hands-on experience with APQP / PPAP, hands-on experience with 8D / DMAIC problem solving, hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, hands-on experience with Statistical analysis and quality tools, Familiarity with HVAC products and manufacturing processes, communication skills, facilitation skills, cross-functional collaboration skills, Fluent in English, Fluent in Mandarin, Proactive, result-oriented, open-minded, comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment, Willingness to travel 30%–50%, willingness to travel internationally
Nice to Have
Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt) certification, Lean Manufacturing certification, ASQ SQE or equivalent quality certification, Experience acting as a Lead SQE / Technical Mentor, Prior exposure to global supplier quality systems and audits
