We’re revolutionizing how landscape contractors source plant and hardscape materials through a B2B marketplace that simplifies procurement in a traditionally outdated industry. Since our inception, we have helped landscapers save time, money, and stress and plant over 1.5 million plants and trees. Led by a young and eager group of entrepreneurs, GoMaterials is aggressively expanding across North America. We are therefore looking for amazing people to add to our team! About the role: We’re looking for a driven and communicative Supplier Development Intern to join our supply chain team. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy getting things done over the phone, this role is for you. This is an 8-month internship. You’ll support our supplier acquisition efforts by reaching out to landscaping suppliers across North America, helping us build and qualify our supplier network. You’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B outreach, procurement, and CRM management. ## What you'll do Supplier Acquisition & Qualification (70%) Conduct outbound outreach (calls and emails) to prospective suppliers to acquire inventory lists and catalogs Research and identify new supplier prospects across target regions Qualify new supplier leads against GoMaterials’ standards for product fit, geography, and reliability Manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, including qualification calls and documentation Supplier Relationship Management (20%) Maintain ongoing supplier relationships — follow up on open items, resolve friction, and drive partnership alignment Process and organize incoming supplier catalogs and inventory updates per established SOPs Manage the inventory inbox and triage supplier communications Data & CRM Management (10%) Keep the CRM current with accurate supplier contacts and business information Fill an
