What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 to 10 years of experience, Supply Chain experience, Procurement experience, Aftermarket experience, English negotiation level, French fluent, Excel proficiency, SAP proficiency

Nice to Have

Italian language is a plus, Power BI proficiency

What You'll Do.

Ensure global supplier performance

Create purchase orders

Acknowledge purchase orders

Manage estimated delivery dates

Manage delays and priority

Manage daily workflow with suppliers

Manage supplier performance with KPIs

Manage SAP & Excel reports

Manage relations between Supplier & ATR

Submit timely reports

Prepare presentations/proposals

Set-up operational review meetings

Perform regular industrial assessment

Support Procurement teams to settle disputes

Manage Supply Chain crisis

Manage provisioning follow-up

Attend weekly Crisis meetings

Catch information & updates from Suppliers

Share updates with internal Customers

Participate to internal Task Forces

Lead transversal projects

Develop performance reporting

Analyze performance reporting

Monitor business activities

Be aware of operational priorities

Drive operational KPIs

Anticipate major crisis

Co-build mitigation actions

Represent/coordinate the team

Act as focal point for processes

Ensure compliance with processes
