What They're Looking For.
Must Have
H. S. Diploma or GED equivalent, required., 3+ years of experience in insurance, project coordination, operations, or enablement roles., Familiarity with process and operational enablement tools (SOPs, project plans, intake forms, etc.)., Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and research methodologies to enhance user experience and engagement., Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable workflows and project plans., skills in internal communication, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement., Experience with progress tracking tools, knowledge hubs, or reporting dashboards., Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

This role plays an essential part in connecting strategy, marketing, and operational execution to drive sustainable growth across Horace Mann’s Supplemental & Group business.
