What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing environments, at least 2 years in a supervisory role, Demonstrated leadership experience, ability to train and mentor others, Experience handling hazardous materials, operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.), Solid understanding of FDA guidelines, cGMP, GDP, and other regulatory standards, Proficiency with computer systems (desktop software, WMS, SAP, EWM, MES), organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, Ability to read, write and communicate proficiently in English, Legally authorized to work in the US
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in science, engineering, logistics, or a related technical field, Ability to work extended shifts and overtime as required, This position may require short-term assignments (up to 6 months) domestically or internationally for training and certification

Implement and monitor safety protocols
Maintain a safe working environment
Oversee daily Warehouse Operations
Provide coaching and direction to staff
Ensure consistency of operations
Manage events and communication
Maintain accurate inventory records
Utilize warehouse management systems
Ensure all products are stored correctly
Build and develop a high-performing team
Foster teamwork and inclusivity
Respond to employee relations issues
Ensure team is adequately resourced
Participate in audits
deviation and CAPA investigations
Ensure timely completion of audit action items
Support regulatory inspections
Ensure operators are appropriately trained
Work with other teams to implement safety projects
Optimize warehouse operations
Collaborate to build organizational capability
Assist in selection of Furniture
Support Commissioning
and Validation activities
Develop and implement systems
Design training documents
