What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in leadership role, In-depth understanding of receiving / inventory management, fulfillment warehousing work group dynamics best practices and measurement systems (metrics), Experience in improving business processes via continuous process review & improvement techniques and incorporation of available systems technologies, Track record in building and managing teams, Practical thinking and long-range planning, Ability to develop individuals and establish positive team dynamics, Excellent computer skills including Microsoft and Google Platforms, Able to hear alarms and commands from a distance, Able to use ladders and step stools to access materials, Able to operate a forklift, and push and pull hand carts and hand trucks, Able to read labels and identify symbols
Nice to Have
Experience in Solar / Renewables Industry, Experience with Oracle WM and Oracle ERP
