The Virtual Auction Support Specialist Supervisor oversees scheduling through a remote tool and manages beginner, intermediate and ancillary tasks for both auction and shared services teams. This position may perform other duties both on-site and remotely as identified for efficiencies. **PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES** * Establish and maintain close working relationships and rapport with auction leadership and virtual block specialist team members. * Collaborate with IT Field Technician for each location to ensure proper set up and function of the virtual block specialist and arrange for necessary equipment and backup systems. * Coordinate and verify sales schedules, lane assignments, and proper staffing weekly to meet auction needs in accordance with time zones, daily/weekly overtime considerations, and auction circumstances. * Manage regional scheduling of VBS while also collaborating with national scheduling center to allow cross region suppor
