Must Have
Demonstrated people management experience, Bachelor’s degree in logistics, warehouse or related discipline with ≥ 4 years of relevant experience, Associate degree in a technical/scientific discipline with ≥ 6 years of relevant experience, Working knowledge technical writing skills, Six Sigma Belt or demonstrated experience with Operational Excellence/Lean methodologies, Working knowledge of quality management systems

Working knowledge and implementation of data integrity principles preferred, Demonstrated experience with SAP Quality Management

Lead and manage a shopfloor-based team
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings
