Baccalaureate degree or advanced degree, Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, Industrial, Electric, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent BS degree, Minimum 10 years in similar position, Experience in AutoCAD /Solid Work, Experience in Product Transfers, Experience in New Product Introduction, Experience in Process Automation, Experience Managing through a crisis, Experience in Capacity Studies, Experience in Lean Implementation/Improvements, Experience in Product Costing, Advanced level in NCMRs, Advanced level in Costumer Complaints, Advanced level in CAPAs, Advanced level in Validations (Processes and Product), Finance Knowledge and Experience, Knowledge of cGMP, Knowledge of ISO 13485; 2016, Lean Belt Certified, Minimum Computer Packages (Excel, Word, Power Point Intermedium Level), English 80%, Personnel Management
