2+ years of special servicing experience, 1+ years of experience in people management, comfortable working in a startup environment, Experience in creating and developing new policies, Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities, Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines, High school diploma or GED equivalent required
What You'll Do.
and organize workflow for the special products team
Resolve complex problems
Review special products' job functions and make suggestions
and assist with all special product functions
Perform loan maintenance as needed
Monitor all ARM loans
Keep senior leadership informed of changes/issues
Manage team establish and monitor team performance
Provide direct reports with proper tools and resources
Maintain proficient knowledge of servicing laws and regulations
