University Degree or equivalent, 4 years relevant Securities Operations/financial services experience, Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize actions, Motivated, flexible, able to be part of a team, 1 – 2 years of managerial experience, Good Verbal and written communication skills

Any prior banking experience in operations / Back office is a plus, Process Improvement and innovation
What You'll Do.
Provision of support to the International Securities Finance business
ensuring that trade settlement
income collection and all associated reconciliation issues are prioritized according to associated levels of market/financial risk.
Ensure that all instructions are processed to a high standard of accuracy.
Constantly seeking increase production accuracy
Identifying and encourage process improvement ideas.
Works closely with manager of department to achieve department and organization goals.
To provide input to manager on the performance of staff.
To assist Manager in the efficiency and productivity of the team.
Achieve all SLA’s that have been agreed.
Analyze and Interpret MI’s
Reviewing of process procedures periodically
Maintain the relationship with sub-custodian network
borrowing brokers and the internal teams.
