Full Job Description

Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.** **The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.** **Position Description:** * Oversee the creation, maintenance, enhancement, and outcome tracking of dashboards, recurring reporting packages, and executive-level insights * Drive automation and standardization of reports using tools such as SalesForce, Power BI, SQL, Excel, Databricks and other BI platforms * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and a single source of truth across analytical and reporting outputs * Develop and execute strategies for effective data analysis and reporting across Holman’s multiple data sources (service, product, FP&A, IT, sales tech stack) * Partner with Data Engineering and IT to improve data structures, definitions, and semantic models supporting revenue analytics. Enforce and follow reporting standards, documentation, and data validation processes * Identify data issues proactively and lead root cause analyses and remediation efforts * Lead, coach, and develop a team in revenue analytics, reporting, and data stewardship, ensuring high quality output, on time delivery, and accountability * Prioritize workload and manage deadlines across recurring reporting, adhoc analysis, and strategic projects, acting with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality of deliverables * Promote a culture of analy
