What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, Merchandising, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Three years retail pricing, retail operations, or merchandising experience, Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Must be able to lead and motivate a team to meet changing deadlines while ensuring accuracy, Ability to problem solve and delegate work

Prior supervisory/lead experience
What You'll Do.
Supervise day-to-day activities of assigned team
Ensure efficient support for corporate retail stores
Manage regular and promotional retails
Manage electronic marketing offers
Manage invoice reconciliation
Manage item authorizations
Manage scale management
Review and improve processes and procedures
Ensure data accuracy and accountability
Track team performance
Lead accurate and timely execution of retail data
Manage electronic marketing campaigns
Manage scale management
Manage product anchor groups
Manage store authorization
Oversee Direct Store Delivery (DSD) vendor and item
Manage authorizations
Manage cost/retail changes
Manage promotional allowances
Manage vendor invoice reconciliation
Monitor and maintain retail pricing hotline call log
Monitor department email
Address issues as appropriate
Review and test point of sale scanning processes
and re-allocate workloads for team
Ensure assignments are completed timely and efficiently
Create schedules to control labor costs
Provide ongoing training and guidance
Maintain efficient support
Assist team to resolve escalated issues
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends
Make recommendations to improve current programs and processes
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
