Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, 4+ years Maintenance experience, 4+ years supervising union environment, Understanding of safe work practices, Working knowledge of mechanical maintenance, Working knowledge of electrical maintenance, Working knowledge of instrumentation maintenance, Able to manage several projects, Able to work on-call, Understanding of maintenance management process, Able to communicate effectively, Familiarity with renewable assets, Familiarity with bulk energy storage, Familiar with maintenance disciplines, Familiarity with SCADA monitoring, Familiarity with SCADA troubleshooting
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, Experience leading union workforce, Experience coordinating union workforce, Formal training in power plant operations, Formal training in industrial operations, Formal training in project management, Formal training in maintenance management
