What You'll Do.
Maintain high production
Maintain high quality
Ensure safest working environment
Understand and control production process
Perform accurate record keeping
Perform general line maintenance
Perform general line staffing
Check daily production orders
Ensure fulfillment of customer orders
Ensure every position is filled
Oversee Team Member morning exercises
Ensure all machinery performs to highest standard
Ensure all workstations passed USDA Inspection
Conduct monthly safety meetings
Ensure accurate shipments
Ensure rotation of inventory
Ensure proper coding of products
Know and communicate company benefits
Know and communicate compensation policies
Provide encouragement to Team Members
Build the best team possible
Perform human relations functions
Counsel on personal problems
Counsel on professional problems
Oversee various processing operations
Work with other supervisors
Keep records of reworked product
Keep records of returned product
