Maintaining high production, quality, and yields; Ensuring the safest working environment possible; Ensure fulfillment of customer orders; Ensuring all machinery is performing to the highest standard possible; Ensuring accurate shipments, rotation of inventory, and proper coding of products; Build the best team possible

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.
Nice to Have
High school education beyond high school including special training, vocational school and/or college courses, Basic computer skills, communication skills
What You'll Do.
Maintain high production
Ensure safest working environment possible
Check daily production orders
Ensure every position is filled
Oversee Team Member morning exercises
Ensure all machinery is performing to highest standard
Ensure all workstations have passed USDA Inspection
Promote safety on daily basis
Promote safety through monthly safety meetings
Ensure accurate shipments
Ensure rotation of inventory
Ensure proper coding of products
Perform human relations functions
Oversee various processing operations
Work with other supervisors in solving problems
Keep records of reworked or returned product
Provide continuous education on quality importance

Team & Collaboration
Work with other supervisors in solving problems; Communicate company benefits and compensation policies to Team Members; Provide encouragement to Team Members; Perform human relations functions such as training, retaining, and counseling on personal and professional problems
