What You'll Do.

Supervise employees in Complaint Handling Group

Evaluate complaint cases

Process complaint cases

Close complaint cases

Assign and monitor weekly caseloads

Coach and counsel team members

Conduct performance evaluations

Understand complaint handling process

Manage resources for division goals
