What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, 2 or more years of experience in the procurement, quality or manufacturing field or in a related area
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or Management preferred, People leadership experience preferred, Experience in heavy duty automotive industry, Certified Quality Analyst (CQA), ASQ certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Understanding of IATF 16949 quality system requirements
