High School Diploma, 5+ years industrial maintenance planning and scheduling experience in an FDA regulated industry, Previous experience in maintenance leadership in an FDA regulated industry, Understanding of CMMS systems (GMARS)

The Planning & Scheduling Supervisor is a key leader responsible for overseeing all maintenance planning and craft scheduling to ensure the company’s assets are managed in compliance with cGMP and other applicable standards. This role oversees the planning and scheduling of all non-emergency maintenance. The Planning & Scheduling Supervisor leads a team of maintenance planners and schedulers by fostering a culture of safety, technical expertise in CMMS (GMARS), and innovation. This role will work closely with operations departments to determine equipment availability for maintenance scheduling.
