What You'll Do.
Supervision and control of the process plant
Monitors preparation and movement of raw materials
Monitors product quality
Coordinates personnel
Ensures personnel adhere to safety policies
Plans and executes production activity
Creates and maintains efficient productivity environment
Leads personnel through established processes
Demands accurate data reporting
Manages resources for efficiency
Schedules down time for repairs
Reports all down time
Provides labor/attendance reports
Prepares requisitions for supplies
Ensures work hours are recorded
Provides customer service
Leads department in meeting goals
Interprets and applies company policies
Creates and maintains development environment
Conducts coaching sessions
Completes documentation for discipline policies
Participates in recruiting
Supports building cross functional team
Maintains professional demeanor
Uses judgment and data for plans
Completes performance evaluations
Performs other duties assigned
