Must Have
Prior experience in production environment, Communication and leadership skills, Problem solving skills, Knowledge or previous experience in managing technical programs/projects, Mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, Ability to direct and participate in cross-functional team
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Pharmacy, related Science, or business, Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment, Working knowledge of LDMS, Microsoft applications, SAP, Training or experience in formulation, filling, packaging, validation, technology transfer, change control, Project management skills
What You'll Do.
Provide direction to PET staff
Promote use of safe work practices
Ensure cGMPs are used and followed
Respond to monthly internal audit observations
Promote a positive work environment
Ensure proper documentation practices are maintained
Generate reports for deviations
Assist in investigations
Recommend/implement solutions to resolve deviations
Approve deviation investigations
Respond to product defect notifications
and approve Standard Operating Procedures
Promote and encourage continuous improvement
Collaborate with OE Engineers & PET Engineers
Optimize process performance
Participate in design
installation and qualification of
and implement change control
Provide career development and performance management for direct
Co-own life cycle management of PET/facility assets
Work collaboratively within and across PETs
Ensure flow of product
Maintain presence across multiple operating shifts
Perform rolls for PET Lead
