Must Have

High School Diploma or GED required, 5 years’ experience in healthcare field working in billing or collections, 5 years’ client facing/customer services experience, 1-2 years supervisory or team lead experience, computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Nice to Have

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree a plus, 3-5 years’ experience with workers compensation billing and collections preferred, Intermediate level understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing and subsequent data requirements

This role also supports the overall success of our client’s accounts by managing and responding to client inquiries, engaging document management processes for the purpose of processing claims as well as payment research, invoice/billing inquiries, file delays, system access, and other relevant items.  ## Key Responsibilities Responsible for the daily supervision of assigned Revenue Services teams.Serves as the primary escalation point, to directly or through staff, work with clients to resolve
