Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience, Registered with the State of employment, Nationally certified as a CPhT, Ability to establish credibility within a team environment, Highly proficient in Pharmacy Operating Systems, Highly proficient in EMR's

Nice to Have

1+ years of Pharmacy Liaison experience, Desire and aptitude for leading and developing others, Very organized with attention to detail, Great interpersonal skills, High integrity, Dependable, Good listener, Effective communicator, Working knowledge in Microsoft Office products, Energetic and highly motivated team player

Supervise a team of employees

Review email communications

Troubleshoot workflow questions

Evaluate TelemetryRx completion

Observe/evaluate people's workflow

Assist with weekly staff meeting

Assist with Kick off calls

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Promoting collaboration between refill technicians, pharmacy liaisons, pharmacy operations staff, and PSC staff.
