Supervisor (Mechanical) – O&M What You'll Do As Mechanical Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the mechanical maintenance activities of assigned pumping stations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all mechanical assets. You will supervise maintenance teams, plan resources, and support the Engineer in delivering maintenance activities in line with operational priorities and safety requirements. Key responsibilities include: * Lead and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities across assigned pumping stations. * Coordinate and guide maintenance teams consisting of Mechanics and Helpers, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. * Plan and organize required spare parts, tools, consumables, and resources in coordination with the Engineer. * Conduct task risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures before executing maintenance activities. * Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures and provide technical support during maintenance interventions. * Coordinate maintenance schedules and adjust priorities in response to breakdowns, emergencies, weather conditions, or resource constraints. * Allocate tasks and responsibilities to maintenance personnel and monitor performance. * Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE procedures and permit requirements. * Provide guidance on the correct use of too
