## Description Department: Manufacturing Quality Control Reports to: Manager, Manufacturing Quality Location: New Westminster, BC Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: ARC’One, our manufacturing facility in New Westminster, is home to a team of skilled makers and technicians who bring Arc’teryx products to life. Located near our Design Center, the facility plays an important role in how we prototype, test, refine and manufacture the technical gear we are known for. Some of our most technically complex products including Alpha SV and new product pilots are built here. The facility also supports ReBIRD repair and renewal programs, helping extend the life of Arc’teryx gear. This is hands-on, precision work where craftsmanship, problem-solving and continuous improvement come together on the production floor. This is Who We Are. Meet Your Future Team: The Manufacturing Quality Control team ensures that all product manufactured at ARC’One meets the quality standards and expectations of Arc’teryx. Our core duty is to ensure a positive customer experience and uphold the integrity of the brand. ## If you were our Supervisor, Manufacturing Quality Control, here are some of the core activities you would be doing You manage quality systems in raw materials/receiving, cutting and bundling, and production areas You lead and develop the Production inline and final QC team to ensure effective growth of the team You motivate and guide the quality team using effective communication, training, and team building skills You develop and implement Quality training programs to ensure Arc’teryx quality standards are efficiently upheld You oversee non-conformances and ensure completion of root cause analysis of quality issues through collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to result in effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions You seek opportunities for improvement and drive standardization of quality and production You analyze KPIs to identify key areas of
